Charta der Bientraitance<\/b><\/p>

  1. Nous adoptons en toute circonstance une attitude d\u2019\u00e9coute professionnelle et de juste appr\u00e9ciation\u00a0\u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape du parcours du b\u00e9n\u00e9\ufb01ciaire,<\/li>
  2. Nous accompagnons le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire en tant que co-auteur de son projet en prenant en compte sa libert\u00e9 de choix et de d\u00e9cision,<\/li>
  3. Nous mettons tout en oeuvre pour respecter I\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique et psychique, I\u2019intimit\u00e9 et la dignit\u00e9 du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire notamment en cherchant\u00a0\u00e0 nous doter de moyens sp\u00e9cifiques pour cette mission,<\/li>
  4. Nous agissons contre toute forme de maltraitance qu\u2019elle soit physique ou psychique en appliquant une politique de tolerance zero,<\/li>
  5. Nous assurons au b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire I\u2019acc\u00e8s aux informations le concernant d\u2019une mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e, d\u00e9taill\u00e9e et loyale,<\/li>
  6. Nous respectons la con\ufb01dentialit\u00e9 des informations relatives au b\u00e9n\u00e9\ufb01ciaire et aux situations rencontr\u00e9es,<\/li>
  7. Nous garantissons un encadrement du b\u00e9n\u00e9\ufb01ciaire et de ses proches conforme aux bonnes pratiques et r\u00e8gles de I\u2019art et nous veillons\u00a0\u00e0 rendre impossible des agissements contraires aux droits et\u00a0\u00e0 la dignit\u00e9 de la personne,<\/li>
  8. Nous mettons tout en oeuvre pour une prise en charge transparente et ad\u00e9quate de toute situation, m\u00eame dif\ufb01cile ou de litige, v\u00e9cue par Ie b\u00e9n\u00e9\ufb01ciaire et\/ou ses proches dans le cadre de la mission du service,<\/li>
  9. Nous appliquons une politique manag\u00e9riale qui soutient la collaboration constructive des membres du personnel,<\/li>
  10. Nous prenons en compte et \u00e9valuons la satisfaction du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire et\/ou de ses proches par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019offre de nos services et recherchons constamment l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de nos prestations.<\/li><\/ol>

    1. Wir nehmen in jeder Lage eine Haltung des professionellen Zuh\u00f6rens ein, um die Betreuung des uns anvertrauten Menschen in allen Phasen angemessen bewerten zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>
    2. Wir begleiten den uns anvertrauten Menschen als Co-Autor seines Lebensprojekts und lassen seiner Wahl- und Entscheidungsfreiheit.<\/li>
    3. Wir achten die Intimsph\u00e4re und die W\u00fcrde des uns anvertrauten Menschen und setzen alles daran, seine physische und psychische Integrit\u00e4t zu wahren. Wir geben uns die Mittel an die Hand, die n\u00f6tig sind, um diese Mission zu erf\u00fcllen.<\/li>
    4. Wir handeln gegen jegliche Form von physischer oder psychischer Misshandlung indem wir eine Politik der Null-Toleranz durchsetzen.<\/li>
    5. Wir garantieren dem uns anvertrauten Menschen einen zweckdienlichen, ausf\u00fchrlichen und loyalen Zugang zu den ihn betreffenden Informationen.<\/li>
    6. Wir respektieren die Vertraulichkeit der Informationen, welche wir \u00fcber Situationen und den uns anvertrauten Menschen erlangen.<\/li>
    7. Wir gew\u00e4hrleisten eine den Berufsregeln entsprechende Betreuung des uns anvertrauten Menschen und dessen Nahestehenden und tragen Sorge, Zuwiderhandlungen gegen die Rechte und die W\u00fcrde des Einzelnen auszuschlie\u00dfen.<\/li>
    8. Im Rahmen unserer Betreuung setzen wir alles daran, jede Situation, die vom uns anvertrauten Menschen oder dessen Nahestehenden als schwierig oder konfliktgeladen erlebt wurde, transparent und angemessen zu behandeln.<\/li>
    9. Wir unterst\u00fctzen mit unserer F\u00fchrungspolitik die konstruktive Zusammenarbeit aller Mitarbeiter.<\/li>
    10. Wir pr\u00fcfen die Zufriedenheit des uns anvertrauten Menschen und\/oder dessen Nahestehenden in Bezug auf unser Angebot und nutzen diese Auswertungen um unsere Leistungen kontinuierlich zu verbessern.<\/li><\/ol>

      1. We adopt in all circumstances an attitude of professional listening and right appreciation at each stage of the beneficiary’s experience;<\/li>
      2. We support the beneficiary as co-author of his\/her project, taking into account his\/her freedom of choice and decision;<\/li>
      3. We make every effort to respect the physical and psychological integrity, privacy and dignity of the beneficiary, in particular by seeking to provide ourselves with specific means for this mission;<\/li>
      4. We act against any form of abuse, whether physical or mental, by applying a zero tolerance policy;<\/li>
      5. We assure that the beneficiary gets access to all his \/ her information in an appropriate, detailed and faithful manner;<\/li>
      6. We respect the confidentiality of information relating to the beneficiary and the encountered situations;<\/li>
      7. We guarantee to take in charge the beneficiary and his\/her relatives in accordance with best practices and rules of the art and we take care to make impossible all acts contrary to the rights and dignity of the person;<\/li>
      8. We do everything we can to handle in a transparent and adequate manner any kind of situations, even difficult or litigation, experienced by the beneficiary and \/ or his \/ her relatives within the framework of the service’s mission;<\/li>
      9. We apply a managerial policy that supports the constructive collaboration of our collaborators;<\/li>
      10. We take into account and assess the satisfaction of the beneficiary and \/ or his \/ her relatives with our services offer and constantly seek to improve our services.<\/li><\/ol>
